Founded in 1993, Delta Network System was a proprietary business firm owned by Engr. Rafel Kabir. The field of business was off-line Internet service & computer products.

In September 1996 DNS formed BRAC BDMail Network Limited, a pioneer Internet Service Provider (ISP) as a joint venture company with BRAC, one of the leading Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Bangladesh. In the first three years of operation, BRAC BDMail was run by the current senior Management of DNS.

With the formation of BDTel Communications Limited, a subsidiary of DNS, in 1999, The DNS Group was formed.

The DNS Group today takes pleasure to represent itself along with the affiliated companies as The One-Stop Solution Provider of Information and Communication Technology and allied services.
